Box 273027, Houston, Texas 77277 (713) 862-7387 HPPL is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare organization, founded in 1989 by a group of individuals who were concerned about the plight of homeless dogs and cats in the Houston area; specifically, animals that would not usually be put up for adoption by the local animal shelters.

ADOPTION UPDATE
We have many wonderful dogs and cats available for adoption. We also have cats and kittens available for viewing in the adoption center at the Bay Area Blvd PETsMART in Webster. HPPL will be happy to help you find the perfect companion!Just email hppl@hppl.org or call 713-862-7387.

BOOK DRIVE
HPPL is sponsoring a book drive. If you need to unload any books, CDs, DVDs and VHS tapes, contact us and we will get them off your hands at the same time that we raise funds for the foster animals. Just email hppl@hppl.org or call 713-862-7387.
